Our community is conveniently located near Downtown Placerville, home to charming boutiques, antique shops, fine art galleries, and a variety of restaurants. We’re also close to the El Dorado County Museum and Apple Hill, known for its many apple orchards, wineries, and breweries.

Water, sewer, and trash are included in your rent! Prospects are responsible for electric and gas.
