Step 1: Complete the Application

• We recommend submitting your application as soon as possible to begin the qualification process.
   

Step 2: Submit Required Documentation

To verify eligibility, you must provide:

• Proof of income for all household members (pay stubs, benefits letters, child support, etc.)

• Government-issued photo IDs for all adult household members

• Most recent tax return (or verification of non-filing)

• Housing voucher documentation (if applicable)

• Bank statements and other verification forms as requested
   

Step 3: Virtual Interview

• After reviewing your application and documents, we will schedule a short virtual interview to go over your application and answer any questions.

Placer Village is an affordable housing community with income-restricted units. Your household must meet both minimum and maximum income requirements:
